These terms govern your use of Rollcall. By installing or using the application, you agree to these terms.

Permitted use

You may use Rollcall to create class rosters, record attendance, maintain notes, review attendance trends, and export records for legitimate educational or organizational purposes.

Your responsibility for records

You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into Rollcall, for having authority to manage student information, and for complying with applicable privacy laws, school policies, retention rules, and consent requirements.

Local storage and backups

Rollcall stores its working data locally and does not provide cloud backup or synchronization. You are responsible for protecting your device and exporting or backing up records that must be retained. Uninstalling the app, deleting local application data, device failure, or operating-system maintenance may result in data loss.

Completed attendance records

Completed sessions are locked against ordinary editing to protect record integrity. Removing a student from a current roster does not erase that student’s existing attendance history.

Exports and sharing

You control exported CSV, Excel, and PDF files after they are saved. Review their contents before sharing and use an appropriate secure method when the files contain personal information.

Availability

Rollcall is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the app will satisfy every institutional record-keeping requirement. To the extent permitted by law, IAM_DEV disclaims implied warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, IAM_DEV is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the app, including loss of locally stored records. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Acceptable conduct

You may not use Rollcall unlawfully, attempt to interfere with its operation, redistribute it in violation of Microsoft Store terms, or misrepresent the source of the application.

Changes and termination

We may update the app or these terms. You may stop using Rollcall at any time by uninstalling it. Provisions concerning responsibility, warranties, and liability continue where applicable.
